In the construction industry, a punch list refers to a list of repairs and incomplete work items remaining at the end of a project that must be finished. Items on a construction punch list may include both exterior and interior issues and identifies unreasonable flaws for correction. According to the Bluebird Development contract, homeowners have a specific number of days to generate and submit a list of items that may have been installed incorrectly, damaged during the course of work, or that are simply incomplete.
